Job Summary The Program Security Administrator role is a full-time, growth-oriented position working with varied aspects of classified program security. The role of the Program Security Administrator will be to support the classified programs through varied administrative tasks that ensure compliance, functionality, and adherence to Security requirements. The position is intended to be a feeder position to the Contractor Program Security Officer position as assessed. This is an in person role - remote work not available.
This position’s internal job code is Industrial Security Specialist . Our team is currently hiring for level 2 - 3.
Responsibilities
Create, maintain, modify, databases and tracking systems
Screen, validate and process personnel for program level accesses
Perform various PERSEC functions in support of classified programs
Fulfill access control form requests – Program-level visits only
Access Control system Usage - Update program badges for SCIF/Compartmentalized Areas
Maintain facility access rosters for program-areas
File maintenance
Implement Security Education, Training and Awareness program
Provide Security indoctrinations
Maintain accountability of GSA containers (safes) to include:
Combo changes
SF-701
Combo distribution
Fulfill procurement orders
Maintain oversight of Program Security Group e-mail box
Provide security administrative support to DD-254s
Conduct program-related debriefings
Assisting with document control to include receiving, logging, organizing, and accounting of documents
Sending/receiving visitor certifications
Database management
Support CPSO with development of Standard Operating Procedures and other program driven artifacts
Perform administrative COMSEC duties in line with guidance from the appointed COMSEC manager
Support any other program security-related duties as outlined
Minimum Qualifications
This position requires a current Tier 5 (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) (U.S. Citizenship required) or requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program (More information on this process can be found by following the Mandatory Security Clearance and Access Process Disqualifying Criteria link which is listed in the job posting).
Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) eligible
Minimum of (2) years in Industrial Security specific experience
Experience with DISS
Candidate must be knowledgeable of both of the following Government policies: NISPOM and DoDM 5205.07 Vol 1-4
Must be able to relate to a diversified customer base and be knowledgeable of DoD operations
Capable of working as team member simultaneously and be able to function independently and accept responsibility for assigned actions
High School Diploma and 2 years additional education and/or experience
Proficient with all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent skills in customer service, verbal, and written communication
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with JADE
Experience with Special Access Programs (SAPs) or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs
COMSEC administration experience

Summary Pay-Range
Level 2: $33.51 - $49.28/hr
Level 3: $40.05 - $58.89/hr
